WE ONLY ACCEPT FAMILIES AND COUPLES, (NO SINGLE PARTY BOOKINGS, eg.stag & hen).It has been recently refurbished to make it a comfortable, clean, friendly and relaxed home from home. Guests can look forward to a good nights sleep in clean comfortable beds with good quality matresses. Wake up to a tasty fresh home cooked full english breakfast with all diets catered for on request. We have a lovely small licensed bar where our guests can relax with whatever beverage they may fancy, or they may prefer to watch TV in our sun lounge which is adjacent to the front terrace.

The property is attractive to look at and is superbly decorated with good quality accessories, friendliness, cleanliness, and serene homeliness. Situated in the ideal location for any age adjacent to the seafront, all attractions are within a few minutes walking distance, or buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the street, whether you just want to go to the town centre or further afield to Lytham St.Annes, Cleveleys or Fleetwood. Alternatively the Lake District is just 40 minutes away by car.
